These terms govern access to GMShop360. By creating an account or using the service, a user agrees to these terms and confirms that they are able to enter into this agreement.

Service purpose

GMShop360 offers research organization, planning, content preparation and decision-support tools for online sellers. Recommendations are informational. The user remains responsible for business, legal, tax, product, pricing, intellectual-property and publication decisions.

No guarantee of results

GMShop360 does not guarantee sales, revenue, ranking, demand or profitability. Marketplace conditions change, estimates can be incomplete and third-party platforms control their own availability, rules and outcomes.

Accounts and acceptable use

Users must provide accurate account information, keep access secure and use GMShop360 lawfully. Users may not abuse the service, bypass access controls, upload unlawful content, infringe intellectual property, misrepresent products or use connected data beyond authorized purposes.

Connected platforms

Connections to Etsy or another platform require the user's authorization and remain subject to that platform's terms. GMShop360 does not control third-party availability, account approval, fees or enforcement decisions. Users can revoke a connection through the relevant platform.

User content and permissions

Users retain ownership of content they provide. They grant GMShop360 the limited permission needed to process that content and deliver requested features. Users must have the rights necessary to use any content they submit.

Intellectual property

GMShop360 software, branding and original service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the platform or permit copying, reselling or reverse engineering except where law expressly allows it.

Availability and changes

We may improve, modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the service to maintain security, comply with law or respond to platform changes. We aim to communicate material changes reasonably.

Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or terminated for material violations, unlawful use, security risk or nonpayment where a paid plan applies. Users may request account closure and data deletion subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
