Privacy Policy

GMShop360 provides guided tools for people planning, preparing and improving an online shop. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it and the choices available to users.

Information we collect

We may collect account and profile information supplied by the user, such as name, email address, country, language, business goals and planning preferences. We also collect service activity needed to preserve progress, provide support, protect accounts and diagnose errors.

When a user chooses to connect an Etsy shop, GMShop360 receives only the data allowed by the scopes the user approves, such as basic shop and listing information. We do not ask for or store the user's Etsy password, two-factor authentication codes, full payment-card details, bank login credentials or identity documents.

How we use information

We use information to provide the requested planning and decision-support features, personalize the guided journey, maintain account security, respond to support requests and improve reliability. Estimates and recommendations are intended to support human decisions and do not guarantee commercial results.

Etsy connection and authorization

Etsy access is established through Etsy's OAuth authorization flow. A user can revoke GMShop360's access from the relevant Etsy account settings. OAuth credentials are protected and are not shown in the customer interface. GMShop360 uses Etsy data only for the features authorized by the user and subject to Etsy's applicable terms.

Sharing and sale of data

We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers that process limited information on our behalf for hosting, security or essential operations, under appropriate contractual and security controls. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect users and the service.

Retention and deletion

We retain information only as long as needed for the service, security, legal obligations and legitimate operational records. Users may request account-data access, correction or deletion. Some records may be retained when legally required or necessary to resolve security and billing disputes.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls, protected sessions and encrypted storage for sensitive authorization tokens. No internet service can promise absolute security.

Children

GMShop360 is not directed to children and is intended for people who are legally able to operate a business account and accept the terms of connected platforms.
